Sam isn’t an ordinary playsuit, like all our pieces she has an effortless bohemian feel.
Named after a very close friend who loves her playsuits (and of course is called Sam), we worked hard to create the ultimate flattering piece.
She features an elasticated waist and wide-leg shorts. The elasticated waist means you can wear the shorts slightly higher to show more leg, or lower for a longer, more relaxed fit.
This Sam is a one off from our vintage archive fabrics. This vintage silk in a rich croc-effect print, featuring an allover pattern of irregular, rounded scales in deep espresso brown against a warm champagne and gold ground. The surface has a subtle metallic lustre — characteristic of fine silk satin or silk charmeuse — which catches the light beautifully, giving the print an almost gilded, burnished quality.
Finished with deep chocolate brown fringe, the combination is undeniably luxurious — rich, earthy, and timeless.
